After registering employers will have their individual account created which will allow them to log into their own secure personal area from anywhere with internet access to:

• Submit their vacancy requirements
• View current vacancies managed by a range of job brokerage services and publicised by the North Kent team
• Search for suitable candidates based on their skills and experience

(All personal contact details will be hidden and communication will go through the North Kent team who will broker contact with individuals via the managing provider/job brokerage)
